Pursuant to the Bill, the State Budget funding of the mining sector is increased by 568 billion UAH. Thus, 468 billion UAH will be allocated for provision of an established rate of minimum wage by calculation of the miners´ payroll, and fulfillment of commitments concerning payments for the consumed electricity.
The Law grants State guarantees due to the obligations of the State coal producers concerning their technical re-equipment in Year 2008 in sum not exceeding 3,1 billion UAH.
A relevant Bill (№3088) was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
